Who’s Behind abc Compliance

Gonzalo is a lawyer by training, with more than five years of experience in the SICAV and Securities Markets department at the law firm Ramón y Cajal Abogados. He then joined Kroll, a leading multinational in Investigations, Compliance and Cybersecurity, as Business Development Director for the Compliance division in Asia Pacific, from where he also served as Vice President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.

He holds a Law degree from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and a Master’s in Infrastructure Financing from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

Drawing on that international compliance experience, he founded abc Compliance to help companies monitor AEPD sanctioning activity.
