abc Compliance is a Spanish company that facilitates online training for your employees. We save you time and resources by offering you a digital platform that manages the end-to-end training process of your employees, allowing you to track, report and analyze each aspect of the process.
Gonzalo Sanchez-Jara Garralda
Founder and CEO
Before founding abc Compliance in Spain, Gonzalo was the Business Development Director for the Asia Pacific Compliance Division of Kroll, a leading multinational company in Investigations, Compliance and Cybersecurity. During this time, he was also Vice President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.
Before Singapore, Gonzalo worked in Spain as a lawyer in the UCITS and Securities Law department of the firm Ramón y Cajal Abogados, for more than five years.
Gonzalo holds a Law degree from the Francisco de Vitoria University, Spain and a Master’s degree in Infrastructure Financing from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. Gonzalo also has the CESCOM® & IFCA Certifications.
Gonzalo Pascual Garcia-Ajofrín
Partner and Account Director
Gonzalo has worked as a Partner in the financial company Fideco Inversiones for more than 16 years, where he has acquired extensive experience in managing accounts and their needs.
Gonzalo holds a degree in Law from the Francisco de Vitoria University, Spain.
Macarena Sanchez-Jara Garralda
Partner and Director of Business Development
Macarena has worked as a legal advisor in the infrastructure sector in Spain and in Latin America (Argentina and Chile). She specializes in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).
She has worked as a consultant in the internationalization and establishment of companies abroad, where she has obtained vast experience in business development.
Macarena holds a degree in Law from the San Pablo CEU University, Spain is a qualified lawyer in Spain and has a Master’s degree in Infrastructure, Equipment and Services Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

Alvaro is an experienced leader in digital communications with over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, and content production.
Alvaro advises abc Compliance on its communications strategy.
