How we handle your personal data
Data Controller
Anti-Bribery and Corruption Compliance, S.L. (“abc Compliance”), with Tax ID (NIF) B-87900155, acts as the data controller. abc Compliance guarantees full compliance with applicable personal data protection regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights.

Through the contact form available on our website, we collect your full name, email address, and, if provided, your telephone number.
Legal Basis for Processing
Your data is processed on the basis of your consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to contacto@abccompliance.es, indicating “Withdraw consent” in the subject line.
Purposes of Processing
- To respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to arrange a demonstration of our products or resolve any questions you may have.
- To send you email notifications when there are updates to our GDPR Sanctions Database. To accept this specific purpose, check the corresponding box on the contact form.
International Data Transfer
Your personal data may be accessed from Singapore by abc Compliance Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of abc Compliance, for the purposes described above. This international transfer is carried out on the basis of standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. You may request a copy of the applicable safeguards by writing to contacto@abccompliance.es.
Retention Period
abc Compliance will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. In any case, your data will be deleted if six months have elapsed since your last interaction with abc Compliance, or when you withdraw your consent, whichever occurs first.
Your Rights
As the data subject, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time by sending an email to contacto@abccompliance.es.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or with the data protection authority of your country of residence if you believe your data protection rights have been violated.
